A rare case of osteoid osteoma

The article adduces a clinical case of untypical diseases osteoid osteoma of proximal part of femur with functional disorders. Feature of this clinical case was that osteoid osteoma is located deeply in the area of hip joint under a massive muscular layer near the sciatic nerve. Pulmonary syndrome was spread in the course of the given nerve in the knee, masking the true location of the tumor. Therefore, the cause of pain syndrome was repeatedly for a knee joint, a h ead.
