The aim of the work. Detection of questionnaire results of doctors and parents concerning the resolving problems of vaccinepreventable bacterial diseases (pertussis and meningococcal infectious) by the way of vaccination. Studying of possibility of physical status and social-economic affordability of vaccines for immunization by parents’ cost.
Materials and Methods. Methods of anonymous questionnaire, marketing analysis, graphical presentation of results were used in the research.
Results of Research. 50% of the interviewed doctors believe that the main reason for refusal of parents from vaccination is negative public opinion formed by mass media. At the same time, respondent parents deny the significant influence of the mass media on their choice regarding immunization, because the main refusal to vaccinate children is doubts concerning safety (38 %) and quality (32 %) of vaccines. In total, 96 % of parents agreed to vaccination, and 58 % – by their own cost. At the same time, the domestic pharmaceutical market proved to be unprepared for this, as it showed insufficient physical availability in condition of financial affordability of vaccines against pertussis and the total absence of vaccines to prevent meningococcal infectious.
Conclusions. It has been established that in 2015 and 2017, the Menactra Meningococcal Vaccine (USA) and primary vaccine immunization vaccines TDaP-Biolik (Ukraine), Infanrix (the United Kingdom) showed an unsatisfactory presence in the Ukrainian pharmaceutical market. At the same time, market monitoring revealed that the presented vaccines had positive tendencies in their social and economic affordability in conditions of provide material support for families not less than average national level.References
