LIQUIDATION OF PUBLIC-CULTURAL ORGANIZATIONS IN TERNOPIL REGION BEFORE THE SECOND WORLD WAR

In this article, the nature of the Soviet repressive policy and its effect on outlook of population of Ternopil region, whose purpose was forming a new ideology, training personnel dedicated to socialist system that had to ensure the socio-economic, political goals and other objectives of the new Soviet government in the newly captured territories, was disclosed. Therefore, eliminating all national-patriotic and other cultural-educational community organizations, Stalin’s regime forms new form and content of Soviet structures, which practicing and representing one party ideology, which is dominant in all media in Galicia.
