Terms of Publication

Publication of articles in the journal “Medical Education” is subject to a publication fee.

Manuscripts may be submitted in Ukrainian or English (originally written or professionally translated; automatically generated translations are not accepted).

Manuscripts should be prepared in accordance with the journal publication requirements and sent to the official editorial email address medychnaosvita@gmail.com.

Information about the author must be provided as a separate document in both Ukrainian and English. It should include the author’s full name, institutional affiliation, contact information, academic degree and title, as well as ORCID iD (mandatory).

All files should be named using the author’s surname (for example: Surname_Article). Manuscripts that do not comply with the journal’s submission requirements will not be considered for review.

To publish an article in journal "Medical Education" No 2(112)/2026, it is necessary by April 20 inclusive:

  1. Complete the author information form (link provided).
  2. Register and upload the electronic version of the manuscript in the journal submission system https://ojs.tdmu.edu.ua and send the manuscript to the official editorial email address medychnaosvita@gmail.com.

Academic Integrity

The journal maintains high standards of academic integrity. All submitted manuscripts undergo internal anonymous peer review and are screened for potential plagiarism using the plagiarism detection system StrikePlagiarism.com (developed by Plagiat.pl, Poland).

Article Processing Charges

The publication fee is 1000 UAH (for 12 pages). Each extra page is paid additionally for 40 UAH. The publication fee covers the costs associated with peer review, proof-reading, editing, page planning, and publication of its electronic version.

The editorial board accepts for free publication individual articles by postgraduate students enrolled in state-funded programs, provided that they comply with the established requirements and principles of academic integrity. Along with the article, postgraduate students enrolled in state-funded programs must submit a certificate from the postgraduate department confirming their enrollment. The certificate must bear the signature of the head of the postgraduate department and the official seal.

If needed, an author can order a printed copy. It costs 800 UAH, which is paid additionally to the publication fee.
