SUMMARY. On the basis of the analysis of the frequency
and structure of HIV-infection associated diseases it has
been established that the most frequent coinfections
were viral hepatitises (chronic hepatitis C); infections
caused by herpesviruses of the I-IV types; relapsing
and heavy bacterial infections of respiratory organs;
damages of skin and mucous membranes; urogenital
infections (clamidiosis, ureaplasmosis, mycoplasmosis,
trichomoniasis, including their combination). The
immunodeficiency progress led to the fact that the
clinical demonstration of the listed illnesses naturally
became frequent, and their severity rose.
Key words: HIV-infection, associated diseases,
diagnostics.
