SUMMARY. Analyzed the incidence of HIV infection and gene polymorphism studies. Particular attention is paid mutations with genotype CCR5 Δ32 and CCR-2 variant 64I, their relationship with other mutations, found their influence on the course of HIV infection. The influence of chemokines, cytokines and interleukins in HIV-positive at genetic polymorphism.
Key words: HIV infection, gene polymorphism, genotype, chemokines, cytokines.
