Hypercoagulation syndrome in the early postoperative period is formed mainly by increasing the content of plasma the thrombin-fibrinous fraction hemocoagulation stage. For the prevention of postoperative thromboembolism should immediately after surgery start entering UFH, showing the predominant influence on thrombin-fibrin complex (factor IIa), followed by the appointment LMWH (by industry standards) that exhibit a prevailing influence on factor Xa.
