Peculiarities of application of the urgent laparoscopy in conditions of a low-power hospital

Characteristics of application of the laparoscopic surgeries in urgent surgery is made on the basis of the analysis of statistical indicators of the work of the Department of Surgery of Bolekhiv Central City Hospital. The authors describe the surgical treatment options for various acute surgical diseases. The necessity of organizational innovations and training in low-capacity hospitals is substantiated. The conclusion is made about the need to expand the application of minimally invasive interventions in emergency surgery.
