Abstract

Analyzing the current literature, we can argue about the growth of bullous lung emphysema, uskladnenoyispontannympnevmotoraksom (SP). This pathology occurs mainly in young able-bodied men. The cause of spontaneous pneumothorax in 97.5% of cases are bullous emphysema. In the vast majority of cases, this pathology is recurrent in nature and is 35-75%. Only surgery can eliminate the cause and eliminate the recurrence of pneumothorax complications. Therefore, the conventional tactics of treatment in 96% of cases are atypical or segmental resection of lung zone bullous emphysema. A small amount of trauma surgery requires access. In connection with this minimally invasive surgical procedures are extremely important.
