Застосування препаратів потрійної терапії виразкової хвороби шлунка і дванадцятипалої кишки (лансопразолу, метронідазолу і кларитроміцину) супроводжується вираженим гепатотоксичним ефектом у здорових тварин. Одержані результати націлюють на доцільність включення у стандарт противиразкової терапії препаратів з гепатопротекторними властивостями. Доклінічне встановлення ефективності тіотріазоліну відносить його до ряду перспективних протекторів токсичного ураження печінки противиразковими препаратами, що вимагає клінічного підтвердження.Downloads
