Abstract

the approaches to choice of the method application range, to the quantity of concentration levels in the range and parallel experiments for each level, and also to the procedure of carrying out the experiment on linearity determination, which were offered in our previous paper, have been tested by the example of UV-spectrophotometric method of doxylamine quantitative determination in blood.
