ТЕРМОГРАВІМЕТРИЧНІ ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ ТАУРИНУ ТА ЛІКАРСЬКОЇ ФОРМИ НА ЙОГО ОСНОВІ

у статті викладено результати експериментальних термогравіметричних досліджень активного фармацевтичного інгредієнту таурину, допоміжних речовин кислоти сорбінової, субстанції карбополу, гідрофільної мазевої основи та готового гідрофільного гелю з таурином. Встановлено, що таурин, кислота сорбінова, субстанція карбополу відносять до термостабільних речовин. Дериватограми гідрофільної мазевої основи та карбополового гелю з таурином показують неможливість проведення їх термічної стерилізації. Теплові ефекти на дериватограмі гелю з таурином збігаються з тепловими ефектами гідрофільної гелевої основи без таурину, що підтверджує відсутність взаємодії компонентів між собою та повну фізико-хімічну сумісність рецептури розробленого гелю.Downloads
