ВПЛИВ РЕКТАЛЬНОЇ МАЗІ "ЕСТАН" НА РЕПРОДУКТИВНУ ФУНКЦІЮ ЩУРІВ-САМЦІВ

Досліджено вплив нової комбінованої мазі "Естан" на основі екстракту насіння кінського каштана і екстракту кори дуба, яка призначена для лікування геморою та інших проктологічних захворювань, на репродуктивну функцію щурів-самців. Встановлено, що ректальне введення мазі в дозі 1 г/кг не проявляє гонадотоксичної дії. Отримані результати підтверджені даними експерименту в тесті домінантних летальних мутацій. Зроблено висновок про доцільність подальшого фармакологічного вивчення мазі "Естан" з метою впровадження її в практику медицини.Downloads
