МОРФОЛОГІЯ ЛІМФОЇДНИХ ОРГАНІВ В УМОВАХ ІММОБІЛІЗАЦІЙНОГО СТРЕСУ І ПІСЛЯ ПОПЕРЕДНЬОГО ВВЕДЕННЯ ТІОЦЕТАМУ

Проведено морфологічне вивчення тимуса, селезінки лімфатичного вузла, шлунка у 136 щурів лінії Вістар, розділених на чотири групи. Перша і друга групи - інтактні і контрольні тварини, які зазнали іммобілізіційного стресу без попередньої медикаментозної корекції. Третій і четвертій групам щурів до іммобілізації з метою профілактики стресу вводили таблетки тіоцетаму. В тимусі контрольних тварин після іммобілізації розвивається картина акцидентальної інволюції ІІ-ІІІ ступеня, що супроводжується адекватними змінами в лімфоїдних органах. Попереднє введення тіоцетаму перед іммобілізацією має антистресову дію.Downloads
