НАУКОВЕ УЗАГАЛЬНЕННЯ МІЖНАРОДНИХ НОРМ ДЕРЖАВНОГО РЕГУЛЮВАННЯ У ФАРМАЦЕВТИЧНОМУ ЗАКОНОДАВСТВІ КРАЇН ЄС

Встановлено, що у правовому полі ЄС діють нетрадиційні для національних систем охорони здоров'я та фармації нормативно- правові акти, основними з яких є регламент (постанова) й директива, вони є актами загального характеру, обов'язковими до виконання й не потребують ратифікації країн-членів ЄС. На основі аналізу міжнародних норм державного регулювання у фармацевтичному законодавстві країн ЄС проведено їх наукове узагальнення та виявлено, що більшість цих норм щодо ліцензування та сертифікації ЛЗ, їх реєстрації, постліцензійного моніторингу, фармацевтичного забезпечення населення, ціноутворення на ЛЗ та їх реімбурсацію (компенсацію вартості) є тотожними, хоча мають варіацію від жорсткого до ліберального характеру.Downloads
