ОПТИМІЗАЦІЯ СКЛАДУ КАПСУЛ "ПОЛЛЕНТАР"
Abstract
Розробляли склад і технологію нового лікарського препарату у вигляді капсул на основі квіткового пилку (обніжжя бджолине) і кислоти бурштинової за назвою "Поллентар". Фармакологічними дослідженнями підтверджена актопротекторна, церебропротекторна та антигіпоксична дія запропонованої фармакологічної композиції. З метою оптимізації процесу розробки складу порошкової суміші для заповнення капсул був використаний метод математичного планування експерименту. У роботі застосований ротабельний план як один з методів планування експерименту й отримана математична модель досліджуваних процесів.Downloads
