Робота містить результати експериментальних досліджень протизапальної дії диклофенаку натрію (в оптимальній дозі) і його комбінацій (дикпофенак натрію в близькій межовій дозі) з тіотріазоліном і кверцетилом. Антиоксиданти значно підсилюють ефект нестероїдного протизапального засобу, проте з різною інтенсивністю на моделях запалення з використанням різних флогогенів. Таке застосування дозволяє знизити дозу диклофенаку натрію й зменшити вираженість токсичної дії препарату.Downloads
