Вивчено оптимальні умови екстракції біологічно активних речовин із листків Cotinus coggygria Scop. Виділено із вказаної сировини сумарні екстракти, окремі фракції та індивідуально діючі речовини по-різному стимулюють утворення інтерферону в організмі тварин, що суттєво залежить від дози застосування відповідних ліофілізованих фітосубстанцій. Найперспективнішими слід вважати субстанції^К-1, SK-7, SK-13, SK-15 i SK- 19, які мають виражену інтерфероніндукуючу дію і можуть бути використані для створення нових лікарських засобів для профілактики та лікування інфекційних захворювань.Downloads
