Abstract

Наведені результати вивчення сенсибілізувальної та місцевоподразнювальної дії нової мазі "Естан", розробленої на основі екстрактів кори дуба та насіння кінського каштана. Враховуючи призначення до застосування мазі "Естан" та їїфізико-хімічні властивості, вивчення сенсибілізувальної дії проводили на моделі нашкірних аплікацій. Місцевоподразнювальний вплив мазі досліджували при її одноразовому та тривалому застосуванні. Встановлено, що мазь "Естан" не чинить сенсибілізувальної та місцевоподразнювальної дії.
