Обґрунтована необхідність удосконалення управління персоналом аптек і фармацевтичних фірм. Оцінені ключові чинники ефективної діяльності суб'єктів управління персоналом. Виявлена слабка тенденція переходу керівників аптек і фармацевтичних фірм від управління працею до управління персоналом. Встановлена недостатність їх професійних знань у галузі управління людськими ресурсами та психології управління. Показано низький рівень налагодженості зворотного зв'язку з виконавцями. Визначена спрямованість трудового потенціалу аптечних закладів на комерційний інтерес роботодавця, а не на інтереси пацієнта.Downloads
