МОНІТОРИНГ МЕДИКО-СОЦІАЛЬНИХ ОСОБЛИВОСТЕЙ СТАЦІОНАРНОГО ЕТАПУ ЛІКУВАННЯ ВПЕРШЕ ВИЯВЛЕНИХ ХВОРИХ НА ТУБЕРКУЛЬОЗ

Проведено аналіз 15O протоколів карт історій хвороб вперше виявлених хворих на туберкульоз, які перебували на стаціонарному лікуванні у Львівському обласному фтизіо-пульмонологічному центрі протягом 2OO8 року. Група вперше виявлених хворих на туберкульоз дуже неоднорідна за клінічними формами туберкульозу легень, розповсюдженістю процесу, наявністю каверн в легенях, наявністю виділення мікобактерій туберкульозу і характером лікарської стійкості, що ставить під сумнів доцільність та ефективність однотипних режимів хіміотерапії. Моніторинг даної категорії хворих показує, що на туберкульоз хворіють переважно чоловіки, люди непрацюючі працездатного віку (51 %), частка пенсіонерів становить всього 16 %. На ефективність стаціонарної терапії значно впливає короткий термін лікування, обумовлений тим, що майже половину (47 %) хворих виписано не за медичними показами (за вимогою хворого, за порушення режиму перебування в стаціонарі, самовільно покинув стаціонар).Downloads
