ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ АНТИБАКТЕРІАЛЬНОЇ АКТИВНОСТІ ПОХІДНИХ З-ГІДРОКСИ-2- АРИЛ-4-ХІНОЛОНІВ

Хінолони є надзвичайно важливим класом гетероциклічних сполук у сучасній фармації. Адже їхні похідні лежать в основі багатьох антибактеріальних, протизапальних та антигіпертензивих лікарських засобів. Такий широкий спектр використання хінолонів спонукає до інтенсивного синтезу нових представників цього класу і дослідження їхніх фармацевтичних властивостей. В даній роботі представлені результати дослідження мікробіологічної активності представників 3тідрокси-2-арил-4-хінолонів відносно штамів S ІарИуІососсиз Aureus та ЕосИегІсИІа СоІІ. Антибактеріальну активність визначали методом серійних розведень в м’ясо-пептонному бульйоні (МПБ) з наступним пересіванням досліджуваних розчинів на м’ясо-пептонний агар (МПА). Встановлено певні закономірності залежності активності 2-арил-3тідрокси-4-хінолонів від їхньої структури. Зокрема показано, що метильний замісник при атомі Нітрогену в хінолоновому циклі суттєво підвищує антибактеріальну активність цих сполук, тоді як варіація замісників в арильному кільці не показала суттєвого впливу на їх активність. Крім того, встановлено, що антибактеріальна активність 2-арил-3тідрокси-4-хінолонів проявляється лише в розчинах і зовсім відсутня у суспензіях.Downloads
