ЕПІДЕМІОЛОГІЧНІ ТА ЕКОНОМІЧНІ АСПЕКТИ ЗАХВОРЮВАНОСТІ НА ГРИП І ГРВІ В УКРАЇНІ ТА СВІТІ

відсоток населення віком 65 років і старше в Україні станом на 2011 рік становить 15,28 %. Вони входять до групи ризику під час епідемії грипу.
Мета дослідження - порівняння динаміки рівнів захворюваності на грип в Україні та світі серед осіб віком 65 років і старше під час епідемії 2009-2010 років та 2010-2011 років. Результати показали, що у 2009-2010 роках рівень захворюваності серед осіб вказаного віку був досить низький - 1,3 на 100 тис. осіб, при середніх показниках госпіталізації (1,7 на 100 тис. осіб) та низьких показниках смертності (2 %).
У 2010-2011 рр. показники госпіталізації пацієнтів із грипом у США та в Україні були найвищими у осіб віком, старше 65 років, що суттєво відрізняється від ситуації 2009-2010 років. Урахування епідеміологічних даних дозволяє визначати обсяги медичної і фармацевтичної допомоги та їх фінансування.
