ВПЛИВ КОМБІНАЦІЇ ЛАНСОПРА3ОЛУ, МЕТРОНІДА3ОЛУ І КЛАРИТРОМІЦИНУ НА ЖОВЧОУТВОРЮВАЛЬНУ ФУНКЦІЮ ПЕЧІНКИ І ЙОГО КОРЕКЦІЯ ТІОТРИАЗОЛІНОМ

В експерименті на білих щурах встановлено, що поєднане застосування лансопразолу в дозі 5,4 мг* кг-1, метронідазолу і кларитроміцину в дозах по 90,7 мг-кг-1 знижує жовчовидільну функцію печінки і сприяє збільшенню літогенних властивостей жовчі. Застосування тіотриазоліну в дозі 9,07 мг-кг-1 нівелює токсичні прояви противиразкових препаратів, нормалізуючи вміст холестеролу, холатохолестеролове співвідношення та ступінь кон’югації білірубіну. Отримані дані вказують на доцільність розгляду питання щодо включення тіотриазоліну у стандарт лікування хворих на пептичну виразку шлунка і дванадцятипалої кишки.Downloads
