МЕТОДИ СИНТЕЗУ, КОМП’ЮТЕРНИЙ ПРОГНОЗ ТА ФАРМАКОЛОГІЧНІ ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ АРИЛАМІДІВ 3,5-ДИБРОМ-М-ФЕНІЛАНТРАНІЛОВИХ КИСЛОТ

Здійснено синтез нових ариламідів 3,5-дибром-^ фенілантранілових кислот. Будову та чистоту
синтезованих сполук підтверджено даними елементного, ІЧ-, ПМР-спектрального, хроматографічного аналізу,
зустрічним синтезом та якісними реакціями. За допомогою програми PASS проведено комп’ютерний прогноз
можливих видів біологічної активності вперше синтезованих речовин серед ариламідів 3,5-дибром-ІМ-
фенілантранілових кислот. Експериментально встановлено, що синтезовані речовини проявляють
бактеріостатичну, фунгістатичну, протизапальну, анальгетичну, діуретичну, антидіуретичну активність. За
класифікацією К. К. Сидорова, синтезовані речовини при внутрішньошлунковому введенні належать до класу
малотоксичних сполук. Встановлено ряд закономірностей зв’язку “будова-активність-токсичніть”. Дослідження
свідчать про перспективність пошуку біологічно активних речовин у даному ряді хімічних сполук.
