Abstract

Проаналізовано та систематизовано напрями та методи організації медикаментозного забезпечення постраждалих із торакоабдомінальною травмою. Виділено типові періоди розвитку політравматичних пошкоджень, особливості клінічного перебігу торакоабдомінальної травми, основні напрямки лікування постраждалих із торакоабдомінальною травмою, заходи догоспітального та госпітального етапів. Визначено шляхи подальшого організаційно-економічного обґрунтування медикаментозного забезпечення: розробка вартісно-ефективних схем лікування постраждалих із торакоабдомінальною травмою, формування формулярних та страхових переліків, запровадження протоколів і стандартів лікування, визначення тарифів у системі розрахунків надання медичних та фармацевтичних послуг.
