Хронічна лімфоїдна лейкемія - це пухлинне захворювання, яке розвивається в кістковому мозку з лімфоїдних клітин. З розвитком лімфоїдної інфільтрації кісткового мозку настає пригнічення еритропоезу, а також автоімунний гемоліз еритроцитів. Проведені нами дослідження показали, що призначення лікування хворим на хронічну лімфоїдну лейкемію, ускладнену імунними цитопеніями, згідно зі стандартними схемами, затвердженими ВООЗ, та терапії супроводу сприяло досягненню більш тривалої ремісії хвороби, поліпшенню загального стану хворого, показників периферичної крові та мієлограми.Downloads
