РАНОЗАГОЮВАЛЬНА ДІЯ ПРЕПАРАТУ «ЕФІАЛЬ»™

Досліджено ранозагоювальну дію препарату «Ефіаль», створеного на ПАТ «Фармак», у лікарській формі спрею, до складу якого входять концентрат депротеїнізованого шару шкіри свиней в перерахунку на пептиди 0,12 мг/мл і фосфатидилхолін 100 мг. Як референтний препарат за фармакологічною дією обрано «Солкосерил», желе виробництва «Легасі Фармасьютікалз Свізерленд ГмбХ», Швейцарія.
У дослідах на білих щурах на тлі плоских повношарових ран площею 1 см2 доведено, що досліджуваний препарат «Ефіаль», спрей та препарат порівняння «Солкосерил», желе, за місцевого застосування проявляють аналогічну регенеративну ранозагоювальну дію, на що вказує ефективне зменшення площі ранової поверхні у всі терміни спостереження, та приводять до рівнозначного зниження рівня токсемії, про що свідчать зменшення проникності еритроцитарних мембран та зниження вмісту середньомолекулярних пептидів у сироватці крові.
