Abstract

Проведено фармакокінетичні дослідження мазей для лікування ран у І та II фазах ранового процесу. Представлено показники швидкості реакції вивільнення, константи швидкості реакції, періоду напіввивільнення. Встановлено, що кінетичні процеси вивільнення активних фармацевтичних інгредієнтів (АФІ) із обох мазей проходять за рівнянням першого порядку. Доведено, що вивільнення АФІ із обох мазей також спочатку проходить активно, але з часом зменшується. Швидкість процесу вивільнення зменшується при збільшенні періоду напіввивільнення, що свідчить про уповільнення процесу.
