Здійснено синтез похідних 4-тіазолідинону з 2-оксоіндоліновим фрагментом в 5 положенні для біологічного скринінгу на антиоксидантну активність. На основі реакцій МІ-алкілювання, конденсації Кньовенагеля та [2+3]-циклоконденсації запропоновано три методи поєднання тіазолідинового та індолінового фрагментів. Скринінг антиоксидантної активності та аналіз кореляції «структура - дія» дозволив ідентифікувати дві високоактивні сполуки, котрі можна трактувати як «структури-хіти» для спрямованого пошуку антиоксидантних агентів.Downloads
