ANALYSIS OF THE DOMESTIC MARKET OF HOMEOPATHIC MEDICINES THAT AFFECT THE RESPIRATORY SYSTEM

The aim of the work is to conduct an analysis of homeopathic medicines that affect the respiratory system on the domestic market and to investigate their composition.
Materials and methods. Materials: State Register of Medicines of Ukraine and Compendium, which contain generalized and systematized information about medicines registered in Ukraine, in particular, homeopathic medicines of group R "Remedies that act on the respiratory system". Methods: information search, analysis, generalization.
Results and discussion. It has been found that as of November 1, 2025, 54 positions of homeopathic medicines acting on the respiratory system were registered on the pharmaceutical market of Ukraine, of which 11 were manufactured in Ukraine. 43 foreign-made preparations are produced by 8 importing companies. The segmentation of homeopathic medicines of the studied group R “Means acting on the respiratory system” was carried out in relation to the country and manufacturing companies, type of dosage form. The composition of homeopathic medicines acting on the nervous system was studied, the presence of 93 substances was established, of which 52 substances were APIs of plant origin, 26 substances were of mineral origin. 15 items of animal origin preparations, of which 5 were suis-organ preparations, the presence of 1 nosode was established. The homeopathic dilutions in which they occur and the number of repetitions were studied. The study of the price situation of the GLP market was carried out using such indicators as the price liquidity coefficient and the solvency adequacy coefficient.
Conclusions The assortment and composition of homeopathic medicinal products of group R "Remedies acting on the respiratory system" on the pharmaceutical market of Ukraine were studied. It was determined that the composition of homeopathic preparations in the studied group contains 93 substances. Homeopathic dilutions of APIs and the frequency of their repetitions in the composition of medicinal products acting on the respiratory system were studied. According to the results of the study of the market price situation, it was established that medicinal products are available to the population and will not create financial challenges for patients.
