Results and Discussion. The pharmaceutical market of Ukraine is characterized by a wide range of medicines used to treat eczema. Mainly, the Ukrainian pharmaceutical market presents means of imported production. These dermatological agents, used for the treatment of eczema, are drugs of five groups according to the ATS classification: D02 "Drugs with mitigating and protective action", D04 "Antipruritic drugs (including antihistamines, local anesthetics and other agents)", D06 "Antibiotics and chemotherapeutic drugs for use in dermatology", D07 "Corticosteroids for use in dermatology", D08 "Antiseptic and disinfectants". The drugs range is diverse in dosage forms, ointments and creams are the most common. Among the active substances of the studied drugs, the vast majority, namely 44, are synthetic: fluocinolone acetonide, methylprednisolone aceponate, clobetasol propionate, dexapantenol, desloratadine, fluticasone propionate, dimethindene maleate, diphenhydramine hydrochloride and others. Monopreparations predominate among the drugs of the studied group.
