СТАН І ПЕРСПЕКТИВИ РОЗВИТКУ ФАРМАЦЕВТИЧНОГО ВИРОБНИЦТВА ЛІКАРСЬКИХ РОСЛИННИХ ЗАСОБІВ

Мета роботи. Провести аналіз формування умов розвитку фармацевтичного сектору шляхом підвищення ефективності використання природно-ресурсного потенціалу економіки, зокрема, лікарської рослинної сировини, а також привернути увагу виробників до потенціалу виробництва лікарських засобів на основі рослинної сировини.
Матеріали і методи. Вітчизняна й міжнародна нормативно-правова база, наукові праці вітчизняних і зарубіжних вчених досліджувались загальнонауковими та спеціальними методами: аналізу та синтезу – при вивченні сучасного стану та розвитку фармацевтичної галузі в Україні, та абстрактно-логічним – при формуванні висновків.
Результати і обговорення. Проаналізовано умови вирощування і заготівлі лікарської рослинної сировини в Україні. Наведено перелік підприємств, що спеціалізуються на виготовленні лікарських препаратів з рослинної сировини. Обговорено вимоги до виготовлення лікарських рослинних засобів та вимоги до культивування і заготівлі лікарської рослинної сировини. Обґрунтовано стратегії маркетингу та оптимізації структури капіталу фармацевтичного підприємства при виробництві фітозасобів. Окреслено особливості організації фармацевтичного виробництва лікарських засобів з рослинної сировини. Надано рекомендації щодо основних стратегічних напрямків розвитку виробництва лікарських засобів рослинного походження.
Висновки. На підставі проведеного аналізу розроблено рекомендації, які сприятимуть збільшенню виходу і якості виробництва лікарських рослинних засобів, зниженню собівартості і трудомісткості та підвищенню рентабельності виробництва. На основі отриманих даних запропоновано розширення виробничого потенціалу за умови взаємодії або кластеризації з підприємствами аграрного сектору з вирощування лікарських рослин та заготівлі лікарської рослинної сировини. Запропоновано основні напрямки стратегії розвитку виробництва лікарських засобів рослинного походження.
