The aim of the work – development and introduction of new methods of teaching in the clinical and pedagogical practice of teaching the discipline of urgent neurology for doctors-interns at the Department of Emergency Medicine.
The main body. The process of teaching the material, new ways of transferring educational information from a teacher to interns is introduced. The textual structure of lecture presentations on neurology has been significantly modified with the help of visual diagrams and educational video films. In addition, the format of the lectures itself on the continuous provision of information in the direction of “teacher-student” has changed to a dynamic dialogue with the formulation of problem issues and the involvement of interns in a scientific discussion and active discussion of practical material. An important element was also the addition of theoretical lecture material illustrations in the form of clinical cases from their own neurological practice of teachers.
Conclusion. Introduction of pedagogical practice of new methods of teaching and information transfer taking into account physiological and psychological peculiarities of modern interns allows the improving the level of training in the field of urgent neurology among interns at the Department of Emergency Medicine.References
