Abstract. The article analyzes the basics of the problem of using artificial intelligence (AI) in higher medical education. It is shown that the AI system as a strategic technology provides many advantages for the system of higher medical education. The specifics of the ethical principles of using AI in modern medical higher education are presented. Based on the results of the analysis, the ethical value principles that should be applied in modern higher medical education using AI were systematized, the risks and threats of using AI in medical higher education institutions were characterized in the conditions of the modern development of science, technology and technology.
