FORMATION OF MANAGEMENT SKILLS IN MEDICAL EDUCATION STUDENTS IN POLICY, ETHICS, LEADERSHIP AND LOGISTICS CLASSES

Abstract

Abstract. The article tells about the main trends in the formation of management skills in classes on politics, ethics, leadership and logistics. The relevance of the topic is is determined by systemic changes in the field of health care, which require a new generation of management personnel. It is emphasized that the policy in the field of health care involves the creation of a new ideology of health care in Ukraine. The importance of the implementation of educational and professional program “Management in health care” at Ivan Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University was revealed. The subjects of the disciplines “Politics, ethics and leadership in management” and “Logistics” are characterized. The importance of studying these subjects for the formation of professional competences, which provide the ability to implement innovative approaches to the organization of the activities of health care institutions, is shown. The means of interactive technologies in the professional training of managers of a new type for the health care system are characterized.
