IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ORDER OF THE MOH OF UKRAINE DATED MARCH, 9, 2022 No. 441 “ON APPROVAL OF PROCEDURES FOR PROVIDING PRE-MEDICAL ASSISTANCE TO PERSONS IN EMERGENCY SITUATIONS” IN THE TRAINING OF HIGHER EDUCATION STUDENTS OF A BACHELORʼS DEGREE IN THE SPECIALTY 223 “NURSING” (SPECIALIZATION 223.02 “PARAMEDIC”)

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the effectiveness of the implementation of Order No. 441 on the provision of premedical care in emergency situations in the training of higher education students majoring in Nursing with a specialization in Paramedic. The study is based on a combination of student surveys and simulation scenarios. The results show a significant improvement in students’ understanding and confidence in first aid after the implementation of Order No. 441 in the curriculum. This study highlights the positive impact of integrating the new standards into the educational process on preparing students for real-life medical situations and provides recommendations for further improvement of educational practice.
