Abstract

Distance learning technologies are a natural stage in the evolution of the traditional education system, they have taken one of the leading places in the modern educational process.

The use of various distance learning technologies in Ukraine in connection with the temporary suspension of the educational process during the war ensured the continuous provision of educational services and became a tool for the implementation of individual educational trajectories of education seekers. The organization of the educational process during the war is a new challenge of the times, requiring the improvement of distance learning technologies and their integration into pedagogical activity. The aim of the work was to summarize one’s own practical experience of conducting classes using information and communication digital technologies in the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic and martial law in Ukraine.

In the medical educational institutions of Bukovyna, a new electronic educational environment has been created, where students can access information resources at any time and in any place. The experience of using distance learning technologies of medical students is highlighted. Platforms and means of communication that ensure a quality educational process are described. Distance learning, in the absence of live contact between the teacher and students, requires the activation of the cognitive activity of the latter, special attention is paid to the use of interactive and active learning methods, such as a business game, the case method, the method of working in small groups, and analysis of situations. The teachers created cases of clinical and situational problems, problematic tasks, which are necessary for simulating clinical situations close to real ones in practical medicine.
