License Agreement and Copyright

All materials are published under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) licence.

Submission of a manuscript implies the author’s agreement with these terms. The author confirms that the work is original, does not infringe third-party rights, and has not been published elsewhere.

The author retains copyright, while the publisher is granted the right of first publication in accordance with the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution International License (CC BY), including the following rights:

  • to publish the article in English and distribute its printed version;
  • to translate the article into English (for articles originally submitted in Ukrainian) and distribute the printed version of the translation;
  • to distribute the electronic version of the article, as well as the electronic version of its English translation (for articles in Ukrainian), by any electronic means (including publication on the official journal website, in electronic databases, repositories, etc.).

Any use of the article must include a citation or hyperlink to the publication on the journal’s website.

COPYRIGHT

Authors who publish with this journal agree to the following terms:

  1. Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY) that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgement of the work’s authorship and initial publication in this journal. 
  2. Authors are able to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal’s published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgement of its initial publication in this journal.

The journal permits and encourages authors to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their website) prior to and during the submission process, as it can lead to productive exchanges, as well as earlier and greater citation of published work (see The Effect of Open Access).
