Abstract

The aim of the work is to analyze the effectiveness of measles vaccination in Ukraine and in the world.

Conclusions. In Ukraine and in the world there is a lack of vaccination coverage against measles, which, in fact, is the cause of outbreaks of the disease. There should be a correlation between 1 and 2 doses of measles vaccine for effective prevention. Only joint actions of the public and healthcare professionals with proper financial support can lead to the formation of qualitative preventive vaccination and, accordingly, the health of the population.
