The aim of the work. Development of method of exposure of the hidden insufficiency of function of the immunity system on the basis of cytomorphologic researches, exposure and determination of content of atypical, morphologically changed limphocytes in servicemen patients with a disease of organs of the breathing system.
Patients and methods. Information regarding cytomorphological changes in blood cells in 84 military patients with ARI was provided. The content of peripheral blood leukocytes and the relative content of peripheral blood leukogram elements were determined using conventional methods. Latent deficiency of the immune system in terms of functional and capable of atypical lymphocytes was determined by Sliusarev-Raksha et al, 2016.
Results. It was found that in the early days of CR disease in 54.5 % of patients were recorded lymphocytes as mirror’s handle, in 27.2 % – aberrant lymphocytes , a pool of young lymphocytes and wideplasmic lymphocytes tended to increase almost double, in 54.5 % plasmocytes were identified, their content increased by almost half, in 72.0 % – wideplasmic and 63.6 % – scalloped lymphocytes, 27 % – natural large granular lymphocytes, 54.5 % – bean-type lymphocytes, in 27 % of patients – Ridder lymphocytes and in 54.5 % – the lymphocytes with core as a dry sheet. Obtained results show the immune system failure in 95.3 % of patients with acute respiratory infections, which in the majority of patients during the period of early convalescence disappears.
Conclusion. The obtained results testified to insufficiency of the immunity system in 95.3 % patients on ARI, that in most patients in the period of early convalescent disappear.
