Abstract

Aim. The article analyzes the existing problems of medical care for patients with HIV infection and viral hepatitis in Ukraine. The role of primary health care is emphasized as well as the main tasks of family physicians. There was also noted the progress achieved in the implementation of the State program of treatment of chronic viral hepatitis and increase access of patients to the specific antiviral therapy. Conclusion. Realization and introduction offered approach will provide the successive and integral going near patients, will improve quality grant of medicare, will assist the early exposure of patients with the abovementioned pathology, to their timely aspiration to the specialized establishments of secondary and tertiary medicare that will assist the rational planning and effective use of the distinguished state facilities on the whole.
