The case of erroneous diagnostics of neuroborreliosis, caused by false-positive serum reactions is described, in particular by an exposure during great while by the method of immunoferment analysis of anti-Borrelia IgM antibody in default of corresponding IgG. Deep serum research – western blotting allowed to eliminate the diagnosis of neuroinfection in behalf on a chronic demyelinating disease.References
