SUMMARY. Leptospirosis is an acute infectious disease caused by bacteria of the Leptospira genus, traditionally associated with fever, myalgia, and jaundice. The clinical manifestations of this disease can be quite variable and often mimic other diseases. Two clinical cases are presented, confirming the diversity of clinical manifestations of the disease, especially in the context of coinfection. A literature on epidemiology, clinical findings and current Leptospirosis course has been scanned as well.
