STILL’S DISEASE IN ADULTS

SUMMARY. Aim – using the example of a clinical case to acquaint practicing doctors with the features of the clinical course of Still’s disease.
A patient hospitalized at the Chernivtsi Regional Clinical Hospital in the infectious department with fever, a maculo-papular rash on the hands and in the «décolletage», pain and swelling of the carpal joints, as well as with high levels of blood ferritin – >1500 mcg/l (norm 13–120 mcg/l), the diagnosis is established – Still’s disease in adults.
