SUMMARY. The article presents clinical cases of leptospirosis with an emphasis on lung lesions in patients treated in the infectious diseases department of Kyiv City Clinical Hospital 4, the intensive care unit for infectious patients of Kyiv City Clinical Hospital 4 and Kyiv City Clinical Hospital 9 in 2021–2022. Our observations indicate the possible high efficiency of using ultrasound in the diagnosis of lung lesions in leptospirosis. It is clear that the limited number of observations does not allow us to draw categorical conclusions, but in our opinion, lung ultrasound has a higher sensitivity compared to standard physical and radiological methods. In these cases, the pneumonia was accompanied by negligible physical changes, did not lead to respiratory failure, and did not require respiratory support.
