The authors note the significant anti-epidemic failure of currently used coronavirus vaccines, despite the significant level of immunization of the population. Nevertheless, vaccination avoids severe or extremely severe COVID-19 and death from the disease.
The officially announced excess of tension and protective activity of post-vaccination anti-vaccine immunity compared to post-infection is discussed.
The problems of the legal basis of vaccination against COVID-19 in Ukraine are considered. It is proposed to include in this regulatory framework a new clinical standard (protocols, regulations, instructions), which oblige to determine before vaccination for each patient the feasibility of vaccination against COVID-19 and mandatory specificity of the safety profile of vaccination against COVID-19 and individual safety of the specific vaccine used.
The author’s algorithm for assessing the feasibility and safety of vaccination from COVID-19 is presented.
