ПОДІБНИЙ ДО КАВАСАКІ МУЛЬТИСИСТЕМНИЙ ЗАПАЛЬНИЙ СИНДРОМ, ПОВ’ЯЗАНИЙ З COVID-19, У ДІТЕЙ ТА ДОРОСЛИХ

Анотація

Боротьба з наслідками COVID-19 є серйозним і дуже актуальним завданням, що стоїть перед сучасною медициною. Ця недуга нерідко перебігає тяжко і супроводжується поліорганним ураженням, системним імунним запаленням, коагулопатією, нейроендокринними та метаболічними порушеннями, функціональними і психоемоційними розладами.

З’являється все більше повідомлень про зростання випадків виникнення гіперзапального Кавасакі-подіб­ного синдрому в дітей та дорослих, які перенесли COVID-19. Патогенез цього постковідного синдрому ще до кінця не вивчений, хоча встановлено, що він є поствірусною й імунною реакцією на SARS-CoV-2.

Симптоми гіперзапального Кавасакі-подібного синдрому нагадують синдром Кавасакі, але спостерігаються суттєві відмінності: старший вік хворих, частіше є ознаки ураження травного каналу, дихальних шляхів, серця, тобто має системні особливості й іноді розглядається як «сузір’я» хвороби Кавасакі.

Метою дослідження було проаналізувати літературні дані та ознайомити лікарів з патогенезом, клінічною картиною, діагностикою постковідного гіперзапального синдрому, який імітує хворобу Кавасакі у хворих на COVID-19, що часто потребує імуномодулювальної та інших варіантів терапії.
