Gangrene Fournier As Urolohenital Necrotizing Fastsyytis Form – Model Of Critical State Of Organism In Surgery

The aim of the work: to analyze the course and given methods of treatment of patients with Fournier gangrene.
Materials and Methods. This paper summarizes the 25-year experience on the example of the treatment of 16 patients with Fournier's gangrene, presents the biochemical parameters of patients. Also we show surgical procedures that have been performed in these patients, as well as their intensive infusion therapy.
Results and Discussion. It is shown that the size of lesions among necrotic process overwhelming importance necrosis area. Intensity of endotoxemia – is essential, because the presence of failure of three or more systems of internal organs - an unfavorable sign of disease outcome.
