Endoscopic hemostasis in complex treatment of acute gastro-intestinal bleeding

The authors studied observations of 92 patients with gastroduodenal bleeding ulcers in the stomach and duodenum, whose treatment was carried out under the suggestion by the authors on the basis of the pathogenesis of active bleeding and alternate tactic: holding an emergency and preventive endoscopic hemostasis, infusion-transfusion therapy. 104 hemostasis were implemented. The final control of bleeding by endoscopic methods of patients hospitalized in 90 (97.8 %). The method and the possibility of endoscopic hemostasis confirming its effectiveness was presented.
